When I lived in London a good friend of mine, Liam Davy decided in the world we live in there is a Natural Order. Some would call this Natural Order sexist, and a ridiculous way of pigeonholing the sexes. However, time after time in bars across the world, the Natural Order would be proved correct.
This Natural Order is simple. Women (Doris’s) drink white wine. (Usually Sauvignon Blanc), and Men (Geezer’s), drink Lager. Simple as that.
Next time a couple walk into your bar, why not presume the Natural Order for them? Most of the time, you will be correct.
Call the theory old-fashioned at your own peril. You know I’m right. So in 2011, it’s good to see bars in my suburb of Bondi adhering to the Natural Order. (See Below. Read closely…)
