Here we are, on the eve of another Australian Bar Show. It’s my first as a Sydney-sider and my first time to experience the countries bar elite, pissing in my very own backyard.
Good luck to all the competitors tomorrow whom are competing in the Bartender of the Year competition. (Me included!)
